All our ceramic sanitaryware (wash basins, EWCs) come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Concealed cisterns carry a 15-year warranty. Faucets and accessories are covered for 5 years. Warranty is valid from the date of purchase with the original bill.

Yes, all our ceramic sanitaryware products are ISI certified (IS 2556). Our manufacturing processes comply with international quality standards, and each product undergoes rigorous quality checks before leaving the factory.

Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners, acids, or bleach as they can damage the glaze. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner. Our anti-bacterial glaze makes daily maintenance easier.

Rimless EWCs have no rim around the inner bowl. Water flows in a direct flush pattern that reaches every surface, ensuring better hygiene and easier cleaning. Standard EWCs have a rim channel that distributes water, but can harbour bacteria in hard-to-reach areas.
